A torrent of winter snowflakes at night pelt a glowing lamp post. I shot this photograph several years ago at an area known as Red Bud Grove, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You can enjoy this picture on various prints, gifts and other apparel, through my galleries at Pixels and Redbubble. Hope to see you soon – thanks!

I thought so too, my friend ~ a scene, albeit quite cold, worth bundling up in winter garb to capture a photograph. π· So glad you like it, Holly ~ have a great day! π€

Back in 2005, I used to live near a park on the Huron River in Ann Arbor, Michigan. These lamps lined a public sidewalk, which I could see through the window. It was my first digital camera, very simple, and I wondered if I could catch the illuminated blowing snow in a picture. It’s rather chaotic, and I did digitally embellish the glow of the lamp, but it reaffirms my interest in keeping old pictures for use at a later time. I’m glad you like it, dear Michele. Wishing for you cool (but not cold) temperatures. ππΉ
