Having read “Re-Create & Celebrate in Poetry on Fun Fri-Yayyy!“, written by a talented poetess and dear friend of mine, Cindy Georgakas of Unique Times with Cindy – wherein she recounts recent experiences on a Yoga Retreat in Mexico, through poetry and prose – I was inspired to write this poem in response…

Of poetry by pen
Tracing places that you’ve been
– an extraordinary retreat

From beaches all around
To fresh water underground
Your spirit soars renewed, complete
