I’ve been so busy unpacking and getting the place in order that I haven’t had a chance to hike, as of late. So, I’ve included a few photographs taken near and inside my new home:

I live on top of a 2700′ mountain, where once existed one of Tennessee’s top-rated golf courses, as well as a ski slope. Though both were closed many moons ago, tiles from the ground floor and several paved parking areas remain, as does history pertaining to the Trail of Tears.
The Cumberland Plateau has many water towers, including this one located very close nearby. What’s really cool is that, when driving along I-40 on a sunny day, I can see where I live from nearly 10 miles away!
The morning sunrise shot was taken through trees from a short distance outside my front door, using a zoom lens.
Lastly, here’s a shot of my less than organized office space…a work in progress!
Thanks for stopping by!
