This is Cummins Falls, located on the Cumberland Plateau in Cookeville, Tennessee. Standing 75-feet tall, it’s located in a flash flood zone and carries the 8th largest volume of water in the state, annually. Inexpensive permits are required in advance to enter the gorge.
