This poem was written in collaboration with my close friend, a lovely and talented Poetess hailing from the UK – Penny Granger. Please visit her site to read her creative writings.
The sounds of steps on cobblestones
Worn leather, bound by tacks, looping thread
Draws fond, deep recollections
Snickelways echoing in my head
A journey, now, of many moons
Cycles full, spreading out over time
Shortcuts laid of yesteryear
Map today stepping stones placed to climb

It was a pleasure adding my small contribution, my darling man, …you did the rest, which I think I’m right in saying, ( of course I am!) is a lovely journey into mysterious time-woven territory, … Percorrerei quei ciottoli al tuo fianco, amore mio. …❤️
‘Twas a pleasure, indeed, my darling lady Penny, as you have a wonderful way with words, and I always appreciate your company in collaboration. Ogni passo con te mi guida lungo il cammino che voglio percorrere, dolce amore mio… ❤️
