Rough Forms

Rough Forms

In many instances, art is in the imperfection of a design. Case in point, this image. Initially, I sought to create a layering of very clean lines following the contours of different shapes. Upon review, it wasn’t quite what I’d intended so I reversed course, deciding instead to make the image more rough.

I’ve added this abstract work to my gallery at Fine Art America, where guests can find a variety of fun and interesting items. Thanks for stopping by!
