    1. Yes, apparently it has to do with volatile organic compounds emitted by regional vegetation, the molecules of which scatter blue light from the sky. Cherokee Indians called it “place of the blue smoke”, and, particularly at elevation, it is quite prevalent. Glad you like it 👍
