Richland Creek

Richland Creek is located adjacent to the Laurel-Snow Trail in Dayton, Tennessee. In my opinion, both it and Little River – in the Smoky Mountains – are two of the best regional waterways to visit. One difference here, though, is the shear scale of rocks. For instance, the triangle shaped-rock pictured is approx. 15-feet tall. And, scattered along the trail, it’s not uncommon to see boulders as large as 40-feet tall. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend visiting this trail. Prints available. Thanks!
