She sees the world
Through loving eyes
A special place to be
And as I gaze
Into her eyes
Her magic speaks to me
A welcomed smile
And cheerful laugh
Enraptured by her ways
If but one wish
Were granted me
With her, I’d share my days
I wrestle words
And read aloud
Then put them in a poem
She’s on my mind
each waking breath
Thoughts of a happy home
