Upper Potter’s Falls is located in Morgan County along Crooked Fork Creek, a tributary to Emory River, on the Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee. This photograph captures the change of seasons foliage, rocky gorge landscape and the scenic 18-foot waterfall.
