Changing Landscape

Heavy rains saturate the soil, draining downhill to bolster waterways. Strong winds topple trees, some of which may wash downstream. Change is constant and it’s always a good time to visit the forest following notable weather events.

Seen here, Middle Prong Little River is flowing fast the day after heavy rainfall. Located in the Tremont section of the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, it’s one of my favorites places to hike, with a wide variety of diverse scenery to enjoy.

You can enjoy this landscape scenery on a print in your home, when you visit my galleries to select the perfect accent piece for an empty wall…

I’m glad you like it, dear Robin! The giant boulders, fallen tree and, of course, cascading river drew me in for a photograph. Have a great day, my friend! πŸ€—πŸŒΉ
