Wind sculptures in snow are the best, as long as they are not on my sidewalks or driveway. Happy Thursday Phil. Allan

Beautiful! When I was in Iceland I loved photographing frozen waterfalls, tried to do the same with the ice and snow on my roof but didn’t succeed. This time 😉

Footprints of the wind.. What an incredibly inspiring piece of photography.. I love to know your first thoughts before you decided to take the photograph..

It is as you say, a winter work of art carved by powerful winds and frozen in single-digit temperatures. What remains is what the wind could not move, the essence, if you will, of this snowbank, shaped by storm and beckoning to share its beauty through time.
