Stacked Stones in River

These stacked stones were photographed along Little River in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. While historically known as Cairns (used for purposes of marking trails), visitors of all ages more generally simply enjoy stacking stones in nature.

You can find prints available in my gallery featuring this photograph.
