Having read “Y ahora qué” (Spanish, translated to mean Now What), written by a beautiful woman, talented poetess and dear friend, Diana Lobos, I was inspired to write this poem in response…
Come, within my arms, let me hold you tight
Embrace the night, together stars align
Making time, divine, beating hearts drum sway
Moonlight ushers day, our poetry penned
As love we spend, in rapture, wanting more
