Years ago I mowed lawns commercially and came upon some huge snappers along the cricks and rivers in Michigan. I would occasionally have to use a stick to encourage them to move so I could mow. 😂
They can be tough customers, indeed, and better a stick than a finger – ouch!

It was cool, indeed. We’ve got 5 ponds on the mountain, and I’m not sure which one this turtle may have been interested in finding, but it appeared lost and I wasn’t about to lift it to place it in the right direction – SNAP!!! 😂
