Valley View

A rocky outcrop overlooks a misty, forested valley with rolling hills in the distance. Tree roots and scattered vegetation add to the rugged natural setting. I shot this photograph while hiking at Bee Rock Overlook, in Monterey, Tennessee.

You can find prints available in my galleries at Phil Perkins Photography and/or Redbubble. And, you can customize it to make it your own!

Thanks for visiting!

  1. That looks a fantastic place to stand and stare, Phil, ..looking out and over at that fantastic cinematic view, … must’ve seemed as if you were looking down on clouds, not mist, …so very atmospheric, …💫🤗💙💫

    1. You’re exactly right, Penny. It’s a place with many, many ledges, nooks and crannies, where one can sit to take in the beauty of nature while enjoying peace and quiet. Very atmospheric, indeed, and an unexpected treat while visiting this spot on that particular day. I’m so glad you enjoy my photograph, my friend, and I know you’d like being here to see it in person ~ have a great day! ✨😘

    1. Thank you, Dirk. It was an unexpected treat to find fog lingering in the valley, as I emerged from the forest.
