A rugged cliff edge overlooks a vast expanse of forest under a dramatic sky. Fluffy clouds scatter across the deep blue, creating a striking contrast with the rocky terrain. Sparse vegetation adds texture and a sense of wildness to the scene.
I photographed this high desert landscape from a scenic overlook while on my recent visit to Utah, at an elevation of approximately 10,575 feet.
