Perhaps twilight, not sunrise, better describes this early hour on the Huron River in Ann Arbor, Michigan. So early, in fact, that not a single rower was boating yet – this being a favorite stretch of the river for such exercise. Peaceful and calm, with faint reflections of clouds unbroken, though periodically a fish would surface to stir ripples into the water.
