This is the top section of Lower Potter’s Falls, standing 12-feet tall and located along Crooked Fork Creek, on the Cumberland Plateau in Wartburg, Tennessee.
More than usual, the volume of water can change substantially in this gorge, given only a 1/2″ of rain or based on the season. For example, you can look here to see the same waterfall and large boulders, as photographed during my hike in mid-January 2022…that was a dangerous torrent, to be sure.
You can also have a look in my gallery for available prints featuring this photograph, including: framed, canvas, art, metal, wood, poster, acrylic and tapestry. Other items, also.
I appreciate your visit & thanks very much!
