Having read “Wings Thrumming“, written by my dear friend, Holly Hunter, a very talented Poetess and gorgeous Floridian – wherein her dreams take flight – I was inspired to write this poem in response…

A red rose arose on wind and wings
Setting sail in the season of dreams
Stirring deep inside, her ancient soul
Riding waves of iridescent streams

Glowing, Holly in the House of Heart
Magic moments made while floating free
Toward a future bright, so full of love
Sharing beauty within poetry
