Winter Water

Here are a few more photographs from my recent winter hike to 30-foot tall Spruce Flats Falls. As it happens, my timing to enjoy these frozen falls on Tuesday was right on time, as elevated temperatures, yesterday, melted all of the snow in the area.

Prints. I hope that you enjoy my photography, and encourage guests to visit my gallery to purchase a print for your home. Many varieties are available to meet your wishes!

Despite a cold start, warming weather was also evident before the conclusion of my hike, as can be seen at the end of the following video…

  9. Lovelovelove this! I can’t add much to what everyone else has said – it’s exquisite & amazing! 👏👏👏👏👏 Wasn’t the trip to get there slippery? Yowee. Thank you for sharing the video, too! 🥰

    1. Yes, there was ice on the mountain trail. Yet, the most slippery surfaces were all around the (when not frozen) water, where many rocks were covered. A slow and methodical visit to be sure, but, after all, what’s the hurray? TY my friend Robin 🤗🌹

    1. Thanks very much, lovely Hannah 🙂
