Having read “Today, I AM With Lights“, written by a very talented Poetess and beautiful woman, my dear friend Annabel – wherein, over twelve hours, she documents with words and video her meditative experiences – I was inspired to write this poem in response…

Mind, body and soul
All in one make her whole
As she moves with the light, magical

Sharing space, heavenly
Reaching out, stepping free
Love which flows through each spring, eternal
