Little River

Rapidly flowing water creates a dynamic scene as it rushes over smooth stones, surrounded by lush green moss on the riverbank. The movement of the water is captured as a long exposure with a silky effect, conveying a sense of tranquility and natural beauty.

This is Little River, located near Townsend, Tennessee, in the Smoky Mountains.

If you’d be interested in a print, several options are available in my gallery at Phil Perkins Photography.

Such a mesmerising effect my darling, … the swift flowing white foamy water, against the backdrop of green-coated rocks, …at this rate I’ll be standing and staring forever, and ever, … sending all my love, my dear, from the UK—>US priority mail always,…❤️

Indeed, my darling, it’s a place to get comfortable and to take it all in, sights and sounds. Surprisingly, of all the times I’ve stopped on the side of the road, walking a very short distance to this spot along Little River, I’ve only ever seen a handful of people. It’s very peaceful and I know you’d love it, sweet friend. Sending all my love, my dear, from the US—>UK priority mail always ❤️

Love that lone rock, sedate in the middle of the silk-rush!
